Tiana inspired Laguna and Monaco swimsuit

Tiana inspired swimsuit

To create my own version of the Tiana inspired swimsuit, I used LLK’s Laguna top in tank length with a ruffle cut to look like the green leaves in Tiana’s skirt. To complete this princess inspired look I hand crafted white petals, cutting them 1 inch longer than the ruffle measurement in the cut chart. 

I attached the white layer just as you would attach any ruffle to a dress hem, and then when I added the green skirt, I stitched it directly to the bodice. To complete the swimsuit, I paired Tiana’s top with a Monaco swim bottom making no adjustments to the pattern pieces or construction.

 It's perfect for my little princess!
